We prepare federal and state taxes for individuals. We are able to prepare returns for all states and territories as well as e-file those returns. We can also prepare returns for previous years or amend returns done incorrectly.

We prepare federal and state returns for all types of businesses including sole proprietors, corporations, LLC’s, partnerships, and non-profit organizations. We can also prepare previous year returns and amend incorrect returns.

Other Tax Matters

We can assist you with IRS audits, correspondence or collection problems. We also work for you with other tax agencies requesting information, doing audits or pursuing collection of taxes.

Financial Statements

We prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements to assist you with bank loans, tax planning, and other projects. This may include payroll processing and preparation of payroll and sales tax returns.

Controller Services

Some business owners request that we handle all back office functions including invoicing, payment of vendors and employees. We serve as a sounding board for improving business operations.

Payroll Services

We offer payroll processing and reports based on wage information provided by you.

Consulting Services

We offer a variety of other services including statutory accounting for insurance companies, providing reports for the court system and limited training in Quick Books.

Fees

Tax preparation is based on the number and type of forms required to accurately prepare your tax return. Most business services pricing is determined by the number of employees and monthly transactions. Other services are billed hourly. Our firm has competitive rates with national and local competitors.
